We make every effort to ensure your order is correct, shipped to you as quickly as possible and arrives in great condition. We understand that not every purchase will always be quite the right size, shape or color, and occasionally you may need to return something. You can count on us to assist with exchanges and returns as well.
Please Note: If you would like a credit or refund, please call us within 30 days of receiving your order so we may issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Whether you are returning merchandise for credit, refund or exchange, the following steps must be followed in order to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible:
Step 1: Please be sure to call Sonoma Outfitters at 800-290-1920 or email us at email@example.com within 30 days of the date of purchase for a Return Authorization number. For fastest processing, have your receipt number, located in the upper left hand corner of your sales receipt, handy when you call. If emailing us, please remember to include the receipt number in your email.
Step 2: Make sure the Return Authorization number, or RA, is boldly marked on the outside of the package, along with your return address for quickest, most efficient turnaround.
Note: Shipments Returned Without R A Numbers Will be Refused!
Step 3: Properly package or box all returns to prevent damage. Usually it is safest to return the merchandise in it's original packaging. We also recommend you use a shipping company that will track your package in case it is lost. Purchase insurance for more expensive merchandise.
Step 4: Please be certain that the "Ship To Address" on your package is clear and legible! Processing your request can take one to four weeks upon receiving your return.
Refunds: Once we have received the returned merchandise in the condition you described over the phone, a credit memo will be issued to the credit card used to purchase the item(s) being returned. The credit will be equal to the price you paid for the merchandise, plus any sales tax (if applicable) that was charged, less any retroactive shipping charges (if your order no longer qualifies for free shipping) that may apply. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange any merchandise, please call us within 30 days of receiving your order so we may issue your return authorization number. We will also discuss availability of the size or color you need, similar or alternative options if preferred or needed. Call right away for the best selection as many popular items can sell out quickly.
Wrong Merchandise: If you have to exchange merchandise because of an error Sonoma Outfitters has made, we will ship the item free of charge via FedEx ground to your address.
Retroactive Shipping Charges: If your original order qualified for FREE shipping, and the returned merchandise from that order is less than the original free shipping minimum, then your order no longer qualifies for free shipping and your refund balance will be adjusted to reflect the original shipping charges that would have been applied.
Please note that you must call for a return authorization number before sending any merchandise for return, exchange or refund!
