Our Secure Online Shopping Cart:
Privacy and Security: It's safe to shop at Sonoma Outfitters. All orders are sent to a secure shopping center where your card number is encrypted and a segment is e-mailed to Sonoma Outfitters, so no one can view your number. We at that point contact our Virtual Shopping cart service using our secure ID number for the remainder of your card number which will never be viewed in any form over the Internet.
We hold your information for a couple of months in case there's a return, exchange or a problem with the shipping, then we erase all credit card information from our records.
Note: Sonoma Outfitters understands how important your privacy is to you. All information you provide is private: we are very protective of our customers, so we do not sell, give or distribute any information to anyone. Ever. Period!
Your Email Address:
Sonoma Outfitters will use your email address for Order and Shipping Confirmation, answer support questions, and occasionally inform you of special promotions, sales, and events.
You may "opt-out" of future informative emails by calling us, sending us an email requesting your name dropped from our email list, or by choosing the "opt-out" link you will find in all our emails.
Frequent Buyer Program: Several times a year Frequent Buyer Points Vouchers are emailed to members. After receiving your Points Voucher you can use the accumulated Buyer Points to purchase merchandise in-store or online at SonomaOutfitters.com. Email is also used to notify members enrolled in our Frequent Buyer Program of upcoming opportunities for using their accumulated points / credits at Sonoma Outfitters. Frequent Buyer Points are the equivalent to 5% of all items purchased at Sonoma Outfitters and does not apply to Sale Items, Gift Cards, Labor, or Shipping Charges.
Special Offers Mailing List: Sonoma Outfitters has an email list for customers who would like to take advantage of weekly specials, sales, news and promotions. This is an opt-in, managed mailing list, and please rest assured that your email address will never be sold, or shared with anyone, ever. To subscribe, please click on this link: Join Mailing List. Be sure and respond to the confirmation email, or you will not be subscribed! This extra step prevents anyone from being able to add your name to our list without your permission.

Yes! Sonoma Outfitters has been around since 1978 - we are and always have been a family owned and run business. We are active in our Santa Rosa, California community and our online community as well. Always check out an online business before handing over your credit card number! We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $99.95 on any non-sale item within the continental United States. (lower 48) There is an minimum shipping charge of $8.00 on all orders not qualifying for free shipping.
Placing Your Order:
To Order: When on a product description page, click on the Add to Cart button to add that product to your shopping Cart! That's all there is to it.
Note: If there is a color and/or size option, choose the color, then the size, then Add to Cart.
Note: We ship internationally using American Express or US Money Order only.
Viewing Your Shopping Cart:
To View your Shopping Cart: Simply look in the upper right corner of your browser window for the shopping cart button and click to view the contents.
Orders will generally ship within 24 hours of receiving order. (Monday through Friday) Orders placed over the weekend are packed on Monday, and will go out Tuesday.
To protect against identity fraud, your order must be shipped to the card holders billing address. If you wish to ship to an alternate address, first contact the bank that issued the credit card and have that address added as an alternate billing address in their records. Please note this in the order form's Special Instructions Box after you have made the arrangements with your bank.
